The quintessential casual chic Parisian brunch, Ellsworth, serves delicious dishes all cooked with in-season products.
This space gathers all the elements that a restaurant should gather in order to be part of the infamous « brunching » trend.
1. It is a small space, which means you need to make a reservation or you can also wait and hope (but don’t they say that it proves it is "the place to be")
2. The decoration is cool and trendy perfectly in sync with the neo-cuisine trend going on at the moment
3. The dishes are delicious and sport fancy schmancy names like maple syrup and pecan scones with quince jelly (€6), pumpkin brioche with pecan nuts and cardamome (€8), homemade muesli and yogurt with fall fruits and wild flower honey (€8) or fried chicken with marinated cucumbers, cole and fermented milk (€12) etc.
As you can see the prices are on the good side. And don’t forget to get yourself a Bloody Mary because we all know it is the ONLY way to recover from a hangover when you are a true "bruncher"!
4. This place is full of expats, international students, people who are in town for business basically foreigners in Paris. Isn’t that what The Parisian Edit is all about?
